What will you be doing as a Project Manager in Digital Marketing?

  • Lead and strategically plan digital marketing activities to enhance client outcomes.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including project planning, team coordination, and financial oversight.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment with their goals.
  • Ensure project goals are met, focusing on both client objectives and internal profitability.
  • Prepare detailed reports and provide consultative support to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling services to existing clients and assist with acquiring new business.
  • Onboard new projects and team members, providing mentorship and guidance to junior staff.
  • Stay on top of marketing trends and implement innovative solutions.


    • Job requirements

    What sets you up for success? 

    • At least 2-3 years of experience in project management within the marketing field, preferably within a digital agency.
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing, content marketing).
    • Proficiency in CRM tools.
    • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and communicate clearly.
    • Fluency in Slovene and a strong command of English.
    • High level of responsibility and reliability.
    • Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to learning and growth.
    • Nice to Have: Additional language skills (particularly German, Italian, or French), knowledge of design principles and copywriting, experience with WordPress/WooCommerce, and familiarity with Hubspot and marketing automation tools.
