Optiweb, one of the leading Slovenian agencies in the field of digital marketing, website development and development of e-commerce shops and apps, is searching for a key account manager – project manager.
We have been successfully growing for the last 9 years; we’ve completed over 500 projects and, in the last two years, we’ve rapidly grown into a company with 40 employees. Because we’re always striving towards optimizing our processes we’ve decided to take a step forward and restructure our sales team. Each team will therefore get a key account manager, who will take over customer care and guide our clients through our services and at the same time successfully create new partnerships.
You will face the following challenges:
Planning and performing sales activities with current and potential clients (presentation, preparing the offer, closing the deal)
Consulting clients according to their business needs and the offer of their company
Development of strategic partnerships with the clients – preparing suggestions for improvements, monitoring the main KPIs and offering customer support and consultations
Finding new opportunities for cooperation with existing and new business partners
Strategically searching for new potential clients
Having control over the projects and planning and coordinating the work with the rest of the team and clients (examining possible solutions, deadlines, budgets)
What do we expect from you?
At least a couple of years of experience from sales and project management
Advanced knowledge of digital technologies, services and digital marketing
Being organized, proactive and persistent
Great communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Passion and motivation for constant learning and following the trends in the digital world
Excellent knowledge of the English language
An additional advantage is knowing the platforms WordPress and Magento
