Head of Customer Support

Job description

We're a full-service digital agency offering a complete package of web solutions; web design, website and e-commerce development, SEO and digital marketing, graphic design services and video production.


We are looking for a Head of customer support responsible for customer support regarding e-shops.


Our e-commerce team has successfully developed over 30 e-commerce shops, such as iglusport.si, inpos.si, intersport.hr and mass.si, while the process includes everything from the planning phase to the launch and, later, the maintenance of the shop and constant customer support.


Job description:

  • Keeping track of customer requests.
  • Analysing and solving support tickets.
  • Communicating with clients (acquiring additional information, informing the clients about the progress, handling upsells).
  • Occasionally taking over the technical support hotline, which includes: accepting incoming calls and acquiring information about the problems, analysing and solving a ticket or passing it over to the appropriate developer.
  • Occasionally providing support to colleagues working on other projects.


Job requirements

Skills and qualifications:

  • A great understanding of PHP
  • A great understanding of MySQL databases
  • Knowledge of Version Control (GIT)
  • Basic knowledge of front-end, e.g. CSS, jQuery is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of Composer
  • Good spoken and written communication
