Digital marketing is one of Optiweb's three main services and therefore plays a key role in the development of our company. Our digital marketing department is responsible for the online presence of major clients, such as Gorenje, Mass, mBills and Inotherm. In just one year, we've grown from 7 digital marketing specialists to a team of 20, which is why we're missing a vital piece of the puzzle: another team lead.

We expect our new CMO to successfully lead the day-to-day activities as well as the development of the digital marketing department, striving for constant improvement of the whole team. At the same time, they will take part in the strategic development digital marketing department itself as well as of the company as a whole. You can expect to do all this in a stimulating environment, where you'll be encouraged to constantly grow your knowledge and enjoy a lot of flexibility.


Job requirements

Your tasks will include:

  • strategic positioning of the digital marketing department;
  • developing the team's service portfolio (analysing the current capabilities in the context of market needs and defining future strategies);
  • Optiweb (marketing) brand awareness (LinkedIn, DMS, speaking at events and conferences...);
  • client acquisition (in cooperation with the current team lead);
  • taking care of the team members (motivation, mentoring, career development talks) as well as growing the team and onboarding new members;
  • ensuring that the department stays profitable (in cooperation with the current team lead) and analysing financial reports;
  • playing an active role in managing the company as a whole (identifying potential for improvement in other departments, taking part in yearly planning activities and taking care of the company development);
  • actively cooperating with other team leads and looking for synergies;
  • strategically supporting major projects and providing customer care;
  • attending workshops and conferences;
  • budget management (yearly budget planning - salaries, development, services and monitoring);
